Reordering Profile Tabs

Overview

A number of iCIMS Talent Cloud products that allow user admins to reorder tabs on each profile include: 

  • iCIMS Connect (Legacy CRM) 
  • iCIMS Applicant Tracking (ATS)
  • iCIMS Offer Management 
  • iCIMS Onboarding 

The reordering of tabs on profiles in the iCIMS system enables company's users to always have quick access to the most important information. The steps in this article demonstrate this process using the Recruiting Workflow profile, but the steps are the same for all profile types.

Reordering Profile Tabs

The steps below demonstrate this process using the Recruiting Workflow profile, but the steps are similar for all profile types.
  1. Select Admin on the menu bar and select System Configuration on the drop-down menu.
  2. Select Recruit from the left navigation panel. Then select Recruiting Workflow from the options on the right.
  3. Review the profile tabs and locate the tab you wish to move.
  4. Click the tab’s grip icon, then drag it to your preferred location.

  1. Move any other tabs that need to be moved. Once your changes have been made, click Save to preserve your changes.
     
Tip: The grip icon shown above is also present for profile tab sections and fields. To move a profile section or a field on a profile tab, simply click the grip icon and drag the section or field to a new location.
