Sharing Completed iForms by Email

Overview

iForms, which are electronic forms stored within the iCIMS system, that have been completed by candidates or new hires may be shared with other people by email.

Sharing Completed iForms by Email

  1. Navigate to the Person or Recruiting Workflow profile of the person whose completed iForm(s) you want to share.
  2. Click the Share icon, located at the top of the profile card. The Compose Email popup will display.
  3. Click the Attachments icon, located on the left of the formatting toolbar. On the Attachments popup, select iForm from the Filter by Category dropdown.  Select all desired iForms from the list and then click Add Attachment(s).
  4. Select a template or enter a message as desired on the Compose Email popup, and then click Send.
