Overview

Candidates and new hires can securely change or reset their password within an employer's iCIMS Applicant Tracking (ATS) or iCIMS Onboarding portal.

The automated reset process sends the individual an email with a password reset link. After clicking this link, the user or candidate will be prompted to reset their password upon login.

Note: You will set an individual login name and password for each employer in order to create a unique profile. For security reasons, you do not have a shared login among different employers. If you have not yet created a profile for a specific employer, follow the links to Apply for This Job and create a new profile. For information about applying for a job and managing your information, review the full Candidate Guide to iCIMS Career Sites article.
