Overview
iCIMS is a leading software solutions and tools provider that unifies all aspects of talent acquisition. With the iCIMS Talent Cloud, over 4,000 companies and organizations manage their entire talent acquisition lifecycle.
Candidates who have submitted information to join an iCIMS customer’s talent network/community can download, freeze, or purge that data through the customer’s career site, using the steps below in Downloading and Purging Your Data.
If you have questions about performing any of these actions, reach out to your point of contact at that organization (i.e., the iCIMS customer).
Downloading and Purging Your Data
To download, freeze, or purge your data from an iCIMS customer’s talent network, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the career site where you joined the talent network.
- Sign in with your existing account. (The Sign In link is typically located at the top right of the career site; once signed in, your email address will replace that link.)
- Note: If you did not create a password when initially submitting your information, you may need to perform a password reset to log in and access your account.
- Click the dropdown next to your email address and click Applications. This opens your profile page with the Applications tab already selected.
- Click the Profile tab. A row of subtabs will then display.
- Click the Settings subtab.
- Take any of these actions from that subtab:
- Permanently Delete All My Data: Click the red Delete button to delete your account and purge all information from it. This cannot be undone.
- Freeze My Stored Data: Click the Freeze button to remove your data from processing, including your applications, and remove your ability to log in to the candidate portal. This also unsubscribes you from campaigns and emails from the organization.
- Download My Stored Data: Click the Download button to download and save your data as a .txt file.
Note: Depending on the setup of the organization’s career site, the sign-in process may differ slightly than described above, and some of the actions/options may not be available.
