Overview
Social Distribution, a feature of iCIMS Applicant Tracking (ATS), is an all-in-one tool that powers social recruiting across networks at all levels, from corporate to individual, and leverages multiple social recruiting approaches.
Once Social Distribution has been implemented for your organization, an admin can email Social Distribution registration links to your organization's recruiter and employee users.
Signing up for Social Distribution Using Facebook or LinkedIn
- Click the Social Distribution registration link provided to you by your company or Social Distribution admin.
- On the Employee Registration page, select either the Facebook or LinkedIn button under Employee Account. If prompted, log in to the selected social account. Click Okay on any additional prompts, such as the permissions/access popup. (Social Distribution requires certain permissions from your social account, such as the ability create posts on your behalf, in order for you to leverage the tool.)
- Complete the applicable fields on the Create Account screen, then click the Sign Up button to continue.
- Note:
- Depending on your organization's preferences, you may be required to select an email domain from a preset list. Otherwise, you are able to register for Social Distribution using a non-corporate email address, if desired. For more information on these registration options, submit a case to your organization’s Social Distribution admin.
- Recruiters who enter an email domain shared by multiple companies or brands will be prompted to select their company before their registration is finalized.
- A confirmation email is sent to the email address associated with your Social Distribution account. Click the confirmation link in the email to complete the registration process and launch Social Distribution.
