Social Distribution: Generating a Custom Job Board

Overview

Social Distribution, a feature of iCIMS Applicant Tracking (ATS), is an all-in-one tool that powers social recruiting across networks at all levels, from corporate to individual, and leverages multiple social recruiting approaches. 

Depending on your organization’s preference, you may be able to generate custom job board microsites and share them socially, enabling you to advertise only jobs relevant to your current recruitment strategy. 
 
Notes:
  • If you are unable to generate a custom job board, you will still be able to view and send all company jobs using the View Job Board link.
  • If you would like to enable the ability to generate a custom job board in your organization's instance of Social Distribution, submit a case to iCIMS Technical Support for assistance.

Generating a Custom Job Board

  1. Log in to Social Distribution and select Jobs from the menu bar.
  2. Select the checkboxes beside the jobs you wish to add to your custom job board, and then click the View Job Board link, located directly above the list of jobs.

  1. Ensure that the Selected Jobs radio button is selected, and then select the social network(s) that you would like to share your jobs on by clicking the corresponding icons.
    • Tips: 
  • To share within additional networks, copy the provided URL to the chosen network for external use. 
  • To generate a job board that features all jobs within the Social Distribution job library, select the All Jobs radio button.
